Hullo.

I like Terry Pratchett, Tolkien, Christopher Paolini, and Gerald Durrel, amongst others.

A Sting in the Tale - Dave Goulson

Really enjoyed this book, lots of good information, and it's funny too. Plenty of Gerald Durrel-like stories of his childhood too.

Encounters With Animals - Gerald Durrell

I am really enjoying this book, Gerald Durrel is a fantastic storyteller. In this book there are lots of stories, most of them (possibly all of them) are in other books by him.

If he told them the same each time it'd get boring, reading the same story. But he tells it differently each time, it isn't just a compilation of stories from his other books, all exactly copied by someone else. He has written them again.

The Inheritance Series

Probably the best books I have read, even better than the Lord Of The Rings. It took me about a fortnight to read all 4 of them - about 2700 pages! A must read for anyone that likes fantasy!
